As an organisation that employs over 600 people across 7 global locations, integrating over 50 nationalities and languages, FDM is truly global in origin and outlook. Therefore, FDM takes pride in hosting an annual ‘Inclusion Day’, in order to celebrate our diversity and raise funds for our chosen charity, The Prince’s Trust. On Friday 2nd July, FDM Group’s ‘Inclusion Day’ was a huge success once again. FDM employees were encouraged to attend work in their traditional cultural wear, as well as bringing in international food, which was sold throughout our offices at lunchtime.
Maintaining and nurturing a diverse workforce is important to FDM as it contributes immensely towards our growth and success, helping us to thrive in global markets. FDM’s diverse workforce mirrors our international client base, with approximately 90% operating globally.
£320 was raised in total, which will go towards our FunDaMental Team, in order to help them reach their fundraising target for The Prince’s Trust Himalayan Challenge.
