The Challenge

To design and develop training for Kiln Group’s bespoke SharePoint application.

The Solution

Following the initial training needs analysis, a detailed course was developed and delivered by FDM to Kiln Group’s administrators and support analysts. Post training support included online help and mentorship.

The Outcome

The project was completed on time and within budget. The feedback received was extremely positive and the Trainer was rated highly.
