FDM was awarded its ISO 9001 certification in December 1995 and was one of the first companies to receive this certification at that time. ISO 9001 assures our clients that we adhere to our quality processes and documentation throughout our offices, guaranteeing a seamless service. FDM relentlessly strives to provide value, cost effectiveness and innovation, and our certification is re-assessed every six months to maintain our high quality standards.

In May 2005, FDM became an affiliate of the IITT (Institute of IT Training), which is a prestigious accreditation recognising FDM’s excellence in training.
