Jon Taplin
Global Services Manager
Jon joined FDM in 1997 as the UK’s Training Manager, tasked with the re-organisation of our training operation. On completion, Jon moved on to develop the Global Services division, where he currently manages a team of over 250 IT Consultants. Having formerly worked within the construction and distribution industry, Jon has over 20 years expertise in sales and management positions. He holds a BA(Hons) in Business Studies and is a qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner. |

Nik Thorneley
Regional Manager
Nik joined FDM in 1996 and quickly moved into a sales role. He spent over 11 years working throughout Europe, initiating our mainland European operations and has been responsible for the set up and management of FDM’s offices in Luxembourg and Frankfurt. Nik relocated to Luxembourg in 2000, returning to the UK in 2008 is now responsible for Sales Management in our London office, FDM’s largest operation. |

Ben Pattison
Global Account Director
Ben joined FDM in 1996 and quickly transitioned into a sales role, focusing on developing the new telecoms sector division within FDM. He has also fostered our media client base and established The BBC as one of FDM’s largest clients. Since becoming ‘FDM Salesperson of the Year’ twice, Ben was promoted into a management role. During 2008, Ben used his expertise to help develop FDM’s new client base in the USA and Europe, taking on additional management responsibility. |

Michelle Head
Sales Manager
Michelle Head joined FDM in 1997 as a receptionist and quickly progressed into a sales role. Within 12 months, she was promoted to Account Manager where she gained many new clients. In 2004, Michelle generated £1.8 million in revenue and was awarded both ‘Sales Person of the Year’ and ‘Manager of the Year’. Currently, Michelle is the Group’s Sales Manager and is responsible for the European Sales team and the development of new business in the North of England. |

Richard Hafez
European Sales Manager
Richard joined FDM in 2000 as a junior sales consultant and has steadily risen through the ranks; achieving the FDM ‘Sales Person of the Year’ award in 2002. In 2007 Richard accepted the challenge to manage the German office, where he has used his expertise and experience to build a loyal client base as well as generating growing revenues year-on-year. He was granted the ‘Manager of the Year’ award in 2008 and has since taken on the role of European Sales Manager. |

Steve Buxton
Operations Manager
Steve has worked for FDM since 1998 and is responsible for the Group’s ISO, HR and Legal requirements. Having worked in the army for 26 years throughout Europe, Asia, USA and Africa, Steve has brought a wealth of operational and management experience to FDM. He is a popular member of staff and won ‘FDM Employee of the Year’ in both 2001 and 2002. |

Heidi Taylor
Finance Manager
Heidi is another long-standing member of FDM’s management team. She joined FDM in 1997 as Accounts Assistant and progressed to become Group Finance Controller, reporting directly to the CFO. Heidi is responsible for the corporate and group finance of FDM internationally and manages a team of 10. She provides monthly management and statutory accounts, and ensures the smooth running of audit and banking liaisons. |
