	Andy King Head of Testing Andy joined FDM in 2008 and has over 20 years of experience in both Finance and IT. He is responsible for managing and delivering our Testing service throughout the globe. Having worked in the Testing arena since 1991, Andy has brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to FDM. He was awarded ‘Global Services Manager of the Year’ for demonstrating true excellence throughout 2008.
	Phil West Global Head of Learning and Development Phil was a FDM Training Project Manager before being appointed as Global Head of Learning and Development in June 2010. Phil started his career in Sales but quickly moved into the training arena in 1990, involved in all aspects of learning and development. Most recently Phil has been working with FDM’s biggest clients and is looking forward to developing FDM’s offerings to the worldwide market.
	Alistair Rutherford Head of Application Support Alistair joined FDM in late 2000 as a trainee within the FDM Academy and on completion of the programme was deployed as a Consultant on client sites. After a number of years out in the field he joined the FDM Academy as a Trainer, progressing to become the Academy Manager. As FDM has grown, Alistair has adopted the role of supporting the service delivery of consultants on site, with the responsibility of maintaining successful engagements between FDM and its clients. He now focuses on delivering Application Support Services to clients and is responsible for over 195 consultants globally.
	Angus Malcolm Head of Infrastructure Angus joined FDM in 2008 as an IT Manager tasked with strengthening and enhancing FDM’s internal IT operations. Angus has now moved in to the Global Services division to setup the new Infrastructure stream. Having worked in the IT arena for numerous household brands Angus has over a decade of expertise within IT. He holds a BA(Hons) in Computing & Information Systems and is an MCSE 2003 with Messaging Specialisation.
	Henry Duddy Head of Development Henry joined FDM in 2001. He spent the next five years as a consultant developer both on FDM client sites, and running technical support desks for the Global Services division. In 2006 Henry was appointed to head up the FDM Academy and since 2008 he has been responsible for the ongoing development of FDM’s technical consultants. Henry currently manages FDM’s Development service and is certified in industry best practices and standards such as Prince2, ITIL, ISEB and IAQ.
