TPMA - ICTP Certification
FDM’s IITT award-winning training department is pleased to offer training and assessment courses, leading to the new IITT/BCS certificate - Institute Certified Training Practitioner (ICTP). This award, jointly endorsed by the Institute of IT Training and the British Computer Society, has become the national standard to assess and validate the quality of trainers in the IT sector. Announced in late 2008, the Trainer Performance Monitoring & Assessment service (TPMA) now provides the industry with assessments for all elements of the IT industry, leading to a joint IITT/BCS certificate.
As an authorised assessment centre, FDM Group can offer trainers a variety of ways to demonstrate that they meet the national standards provided by the Trainer Performance Monitoring and Assessment service (TPMA).

TPMA ensures that every training professional:
• Facilitates/delivers learning which can be measured within the national standards framework
• Receives objective guidance on potential improvement and development activity which should link to individual appraisals
• Provides the employer with an objective benchmark to monitor the performance and quality of all trainers and the learning of all employees
• Is able to build on evidence from all assessments and actively work towards achieving a nationally recognised level 3/4 qualification under the Qualifications and Credit Framework
