FDM Teaming

For major development programmes where ultimate control of the final delivery remains with the client or primary vendor, FDM hasTeam of IT professionals demonstrated time and again that its ability to provide teams of developers is second to none.

FDM's approach allows its clients to outsource the responsibility of team creation and management, by working alongside the client to group appropriately skilled resource under the client's team leaders or project managers.

This enables the client to have a single point of contact for each deployed team, who will facilitate task assignment and package delivery.

Any issues arising within the team can be handled by the team leader or FDM Account Manager if appropriate, alleviating the need for direct personnel management by the client Project Manager.
