Testing Capability
FDM provides individual testing resources, on-site test teams, or completely outsourced test programmes. With our market knowledge and contacts we have a team of permanent testers who have the right skills or may be cross-trained with your particular needs in mind. We can do this cost-effectively too!
The FDM Testers may be provided to supplement existing client teams with test consultancy, team leadership and test analysts, either on the client's site, or taking work offsite to our Brighton HQ.
Our award winning Academy Programme has been operating for over 20 years and through its IITT accredited programmes we have been training individuals to become qualified Test Analysts with ISTQB accreditation. Following a rigorous candidate application process, recruits undertake a comprehensive training programme over a 2-4 month period in the renowned ‘campus' style. Here they learn UNIX, Oracle, SQL prior to moving onto the test analyst stream. On successful completion of the programme, our trainees transition to permanent employment contracts with FDM.
