The AA

The Challenge

The AA provides an online service complementing the products connected with roadside service and car related information, hence the importance of maintaining a first-class website. The AA requested a number of FDM Consultants with various specialist skills to work on all aspects relating to the development of their website including: business methods, design, data access and testing.

The Solution

The initial FDM team on site consisted of three Developers and a Team Leader. FDM then went on to supply the AA with 48 Consultants, ranging from Java Developers and Designers, Technical Architects and Business/Design Architects to Oracle Database Consultants and Testers.

The Outcome

When the AA.com became part of the AA community, FDM was invited to bid for preferred suppliership. Now, FDM provides both freelancers and FDM Consultants to the AA as part of their preferred supplier list.
