Ministry of Defence Armed Forces Corporate Covenant
FDM has formally signed the Ministry of Defence Armed Forces Corporate Covenant in recognition of our commitment to the Armed Forces community. By signing, we pledge to support the British Armed Forces by upholding the Covenant’s key principles:

      • No member of the Armed Forces Community should face disadvantage in the provision of public and commercial services compared to any other citizen
      • In some circumstances special treatment may be appropriate especially for the injured or bereaved

By acknowledging the value that the ex-Forces community brings to FDM’s workforce, we pledge to promote that we are an Armed Forces friendly organisation, we seek to support the employment of ex-Forces personnel and aim to actively participate in Armed Forces Day.

FDM has enabled us to connect with a new generation of talent both graduates and ex-military. We look forward to evolving this relationship.
