      • Build relationships with senior management

    IT Service Management Analyst

    Your role may involve programming and administration, working with different stakeholders where you will deal with any technical problems by analyzing, diagnosing, then either solving or referring the problem.


    Project Manager

    A Junior Project Manager will support with planning, management and control of the project. They will work alongside senior Project Managers and/or Program Managers. Activities may include:


    • Agile project delivery methods
    • Project and risk planning
    • Project tracking and task management
    • Critical path analysis
    • MS Project
    • Stakeholder management and reporting
    • Post project review and analysis
    Business Analyst

    A Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding and documenting business requirements from both users and stakeholders. They will work as part of a Project Office or directly within a functional business unit. Activities may include:

    • Requirement workshop planning and delivery
    • Eliciting and documenting requirements from key business users
    • Process mapping, operating and business model analysis
    • Presentation skills utilizing MS Powerpoint and MS Visio
    • Preparation and delivery of user training and support
    • Utilize negotiation skills
    • Illustrate workflows and processes
