The FDM Birmingham Academy officially opened its doors at the tail end of 2017, and although still in its early stages, it has so far launched the careers of over 37 people.

As the second largest city in the UK, Birmingham is really giving London a run for its money in both the business and social scene. The Events

Birmingham is home to the NEC, the UK’s number one venue for shows, exhibitions, meetings and events. From technology events to fashion shows, there is definitely something for everyone. If you’re a sports fan, the city has several venues to enjoy participating or watching sports, including Arena Birmingham, Alexander Stadium, Villa Park, Edgbaston Cricket Ground and the Genting Arena. Birmingham is also home to the UK’s oldest cinema, where better to watch the newest releases, recline on a luxury sofa and be waited upon?

The Nightlife

If you’re looking for a city with a good nightlife, Birmingham definitely won’t disappoint. Broad Street has it all, from intimate canal-side bars like Mooch Bar to huge nightclubs such as PRYZM, playing a variety of music over four floors.
