Shape the future of technology with the Robotic Process Automation Graduate Programme

Why choose the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Graduate Programme at FDM?

Robotics Process Automation, or RPA, is changing the way we live our lives. From online shopping to price comparison sites, to how the technology can be utilised to detect crime or protect data, this is an incredibly exciting field and one that’s only just beginning.

RPA refers to the automation of manual tasks using AI and Machine Learning software. The FDM Robotic Process Automation Graduate Programme will provide you with specialist Software Robotics training, as well as a 2-year placement alongside our prestigious clients. You will learn how to provide automation solutions that streamline processes, improve efficiencies and deliver a better customer experience. We will be there to help you every step of the way. Our comprehensive support network provides you with access to community groups, mentoring, wellbeing programmes and much more. Find out more about our support system.

What you’ll do on the RPA Graduate Programme at FDM

Through the Robotic Process Automation training programme, you will develop adaptable skills to enable you to operate a selection of RPA tools that may be used on client site such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Pega and Blue Prism. Your training will also cover modules on business requirement gathering, process mapping, SQL, Excel and business analysis.

As an RPA consultant, you will play a vital role, helping to improve the quality, accuracy and efficiency of daily functions and processes within an organisation.

You could be working with our clients across many different sectors within the exciting world of RPA. From financial services, where our consultants are using bot technology to pull information from thousands of tax records, freeing up hundreds of hours of manual entry, to the public sector where our consultants are working to make detecting fraud easier by utilising machine learning to identify imposters.
