Der erste funktionsf\u00e4hige Prototyp war bereits nach sieben Wochen einsatzbereit und wurde direkt bei den First-Line Agents des Kunden ausgerollt.<\/p>\n<p>Basierend auf dem Feedback wurde der Chatbot weiterentwickelt und um zus\u00e4tzliche Datenquellen erg\u00e4nzt. Die Analysten konzentrieren sich nun auf die Pr\u00fcfung und Verfeinerung der Inhalte \u2013 die Vorbereitungszeit f\u00fcr Reports wurde dadurch um Wochen verk\u00fcrzt.<\/p>\n<p>Predictive Analytics und Risikoprognosen sind deutlich einfacher geworden: Modelle, die auf mehrj\u00e4hrigen Daten basieren, erkennen aufkommende Risiken, w\u00e4hrend statistische Modelle Fr\u00fchindikatoren f\u00fcr Unf\u00e4lle identifizieren \u2013 und so gezielte Interventionen erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n<p>Zuvor waren die Daten \u00fcber neun Fachbereiche des Kunden hinweg isoliert. Mithilfe von KI k\u00f6nnen Teams nun wiederkehrende Ursachen und Muster erkennen sowie versteckte Risiken identifizieren, die sich \u00fcber Zeitr\u00e4ume hinweg aufbauen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Framework ist modular und wiederverwendbar \u2013 konzipiert f\u00fcr flexible Datenverarbeitung, einfache Integration und individuell anpassbare Abfragen.
