How FDM is Responding to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

At FDM we continue to operate on a partially remote basis and we are actively recruiting, training and placing our consultants with our clients. Although all of our centres are open for business, our training is being conducted remotely, which has allowed many more candidates to take advantage of the FDM opportunity. We are rigorously monitoring and operating within government guidelines to ensure the safety of our community at all times.

For Candidates

If you are looking to start your career in technology, we want to hear from you.

As a candidate, you will now undergo a remote assessment and training is being delivered through our online classrooms. We have assessment days nearly every week and start dates happening throughout the year.

For Clients

We continue to recruit, train and deploy our consultants in order to serve our clients in the normal way.

Whilst working on a partially remote basis, we are taking every measure to remain connected to our clients and consultants. The FDM account management team is fully operational and is there to support your onboarding and management of our consultants.

As a business with an extensive remote workforce, it is critical that we continue to support and develop our people. We are delivering regular Continued Professional Development events and webinars on a variety of topics. Consultants are able to access LinkedIn Learning and other e-learning platforms. Our structured Mentoring Programme will be continuing during this period. The FDM Employee Assistance Programme is a 24-hour helpline, offering support across a number of areas including financial, mental health and relationships.
