What to expect
The FDM Technical Analysis training program is designed to equip you with the relevant skills and knowledge to build a successful career as a Technical Analyst. You may cover different technologies, such as the most widely used Unix and Python, as well as agile working methodologies, including ITIL. Our agile framework training is beneficial for helping you adapt to any working environment and operate in cross-functional teams for large organisations.
You will have the opportunity to really delve deep into understanding the purpose of a piece of code and how to identify whether a fix is needed in order for the code to function as expected. Building on this foundational understanding, you will then gain the skills required to develop an application, such as an ecommerce website or trading app.

We are looking for university graduates who have a real passion for technology and computer programming. There is no need for a technical background or STEM degree, we accept candidates from all universities with no previous experience.

Telephone Interview

Video Interview
During the video interview, you will be asked some questions so that we can get to know you better. This can be completed from your computer, tablet or mobile phone. Please see our blog for more information.
Assessment Day
This stage involves an FDM Introduction presentation, followed by three strength-based interviews. This is your chance to meet the other graduates you could be training with and find out more about the program. The interview will be a strength-based interview and will focus on your ability and potential rather than previous experience.
