How FDM is Responding to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

At FDM we are continuing to operate on a fully remote basis for the time being. This ensures we can continue to recruit, train and deploy consultants during this challenging period, while placing paramount importance on the safety of our FDM community. FDM will continue to operate within local government guidelines.

As a candidate, you will now undergo a remote assessment and training is being delivered through our online classrooms. We have assessment days coming up with start dates happening throughout the year. Apply now

For Clients

We continue to recruit, train and deploy our consultants in order to serve our clients in the normal way.

Whilst working remotely we are taking every measure to remain connected to our clients and consultants. The FDM account management team is fully operational and is there to support your onboarding and management of our consultants.

As a business with an extensive remote workforce, it is critical that we continue to support and develop our people. We will be delivering regular Continued Professional Development events and webinars on a variety of topics. Consultants will able to access LinkedIn learning and other e-learning platforms. Our structured mentoring programme will be continuing during this period. The FDM Employee Assistance Programme is a 24-hour helpline, offering support across a number of areas including financial, mental health and relationships.
