Iffty is a Business Trainer at FDM and is certified in Training and Assessment. He has 10+ years in Learning & Development as well as extensive corporate experience including Credit Controller, Research Analyst and Finance roles for the Civil Service, UK. Iffty has worked with hundreds of trainees at FDM, helping them attain confidence when working in teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Carolina is passionate about empowering graduates to improve their communication skills and online presence in virtual meetings.
