Business Services

FDM’s business consultants work with clients on operational and business transformation programs to help with both the implementation and delivery of projects, as well as providing ongoing support.

Our Veterans Program is equipped to transition those with previous military experience into business consulting specialties such as project management, utilizing their extensive leadership skills, gravitas and life experience.

The Getting Back to Business Program provides clients with experienced business analysts and project managers who are returning to work after a break in their career.

Our people combine technical excellence with strong interpersonal skills and work in some of the most demanding and challenging environments.  We provide ongoing professional and technical support for all of our consultants to help with their personal development and to ensure we provide a seamless service to our clients.

Our diverse talent pools, combined with the ability to transfer FDM consultants to permanent in-house resource means our clients can benefit from range of experiences and technical skills in the creation of their own balanced teams.

Our business analysts develop a strong understanding of the structure and arrangements of the business in order to recommend solutions for our clients’ IT projects and business change programs.

They capture and understand business requirements and communicate these requirements in collaboration with development teams.

They have excellent stakeholder management skills and work with a number of teams across the business to identify and resolve issues, assess the impact of change and effectively communicate the business needs.

Many of our project managers come through the Veterans Program or our Getting Back to Business Program, allowing clients to benefit from their extensive life experience, leadership and communication skills.
