Gender Pay Gap Report 2022

FDM Group publishes its annual Gender Pay Gap report

Supporting equality for successful business

Throughout 2022, we have continued to promote equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace, with the aim of contributing to the success of our business and the achievements of our people. Our work around gender equality is taking place on a global scale, with 31% of all employees identifying as female.

Driving diversity forward. Forging long-term careers in tech

We have been ranked 48th within the top 75 UK organisations dedicated to social mobility, as judged by the Social Mobility Index for 2022. And have also launched the first women-only graduate training programme, which focused on developing the next generation of Software Development and Engineering specialists.

We are interested in our future consultants’ potential as well as their experience and believe that this hiring approach is central to encouraging innovation in an ever-evolving sector.
