The first company to run Tech Industry Gold accredited intensive training programmes
FDM has entered a partnership with industry skills body TechSkills for the independent accreditation of our training, supporting our strategy to deliver the best possible start to your career. Tech Industry Gold accreditation recognises programmes which meet industry standards for job readiness.
Learners successfully completing Tech Industry Gold accredited programmes will also gain Tech Industry Gold Digital credentials. These prove job-ready skills in a form that makes it easy for employers to understand the skillsets of individuals and match them to job vacancies.

We are very proud to join the Tech Industry Gold community as the first company to achieve industry accreditation for intensive training programmes. We want to give each of our people the best possible start to their career. Ensuring our programmes are independently reviewed and approved helps us to continually deliver the very highest standards of training.

I was on the first accredited BA training cohort with the modules covered being business fundamentals, MS Excell, professional skills, project delivery and simulation. Working with the teams and going through project simulation and all stages of planning and execution over an accelerated timeline was a great experience. Having business stakeholders attend some of our presentations and give us real-world feedback was a great bonus.
