Business Test Analyst – Kris Kemp, Warner Music Group, Alumnus

”FDM gives you the chance to complete your training while giving you that foot in the door to drive your career forward.  Following my placement at Warner Music Group I continued with a permanent position working in Royalties consisting of two aspects: inter-companies and artists. Whereas the former deals with redistributing income around the world, the latter is about ensuring artist payments where my training in SQL, UNIX and PRINCE2 is put into use on a daily basis. Working in the music industry has always intrigued me, and in addition to working in a fun and relaxed environment, I get the opportunity to travel to locations such as Tokyo and Sydney. Considering that I didn’t have an IT degree, I don’t think I would have gotten a job at Warner if it hadn’t been for my experience at FDM.”
