What our consultants say

Alex De Lacey

Alex De Lacey

Technical Business Analyst

University of Sydney

I felt my economics degree hadn’t equipped me with the technical skills I would need to do so. I saw FDM as an opportunity to learn these new skills and make industry connections, and I haven’t looked back since. FDM gave me the confidence to tackle difficult technical problems. The coding modules in my course taught me that these challenges aren’t as scary as they first seem when they’re broken down into smaller manageable components, understood and then put back together.

I am a part of interesting projects where we are migrating assets to the cloud and upgrading existing systems with more exciting features! My role involves an array of responsibilities such as development and testing but most importantly, it involves constant learning which is the best part.
