How the Skills Lab uses experiential learning

Our Pods are key to upskilling our consultants. An FDM Pod refers to a cross-functional team of consultants working collaboratively to develop, test and run a project. Our Pods can include consultants from a single or multiple practices. From day one, they work on practical, outcome-based projects within an Agile Sprint construct.

We work closely with our clients, co-creating solutions to address your unique challenges. For instance, we’ve established Pods focused on integrating data and AI into business operations.
