Why choose the Risk, Regulation and Compliance Graduate Program at FDM?
A Risk, Regulation and Compliance (RRC) Analyst is the first line of defence for a business, helping to ensure the company remains safe from exposure to criminal activity and compliant with regulating authorities. During the Risk, Regulation and Compliance (RRC) Graduate Program, you will learn how to conduct client due diligence, also known as Know Your Customer (KYC), monitoring and reporting transactions to regulators and delivering challenging remediation or ‘clean-up’ projects under tight deadlines.
At FDM, we provide a number of support and development initiatives to help you throughout your journey with us. Find out more information about our support network.
What to expect
You will receive training in Data Visualisation, Excel and Business Analysis before going on to learn about risk management, understanding key regulations and their impact on finance and the wider commercial sector.
