The FDM Graduate Programme

Our 2-year graduate programme gives you the opportunity to kick-start your career in technology with some of the world’s largest and most renowned organisations in the banking and finance, blockchain, consulting services, insurance and retail industry.

As an FDM Consultant, you will work as an integral part of our clients teams on exciting projects which could involve complex trade applications for global banks and blockchain software companies, developing new engaging marketing technologies and websites for retail or optimising ERP systems for supply chain.

How does it work?

The FDM Graduate Programme starts with comprehensive 6-14 weeks’ training through the FDM academy, led by our expert training team, and offers the opportunity to achieve industry-recognised certifications depending on the career pathway you choose. The training will develop both your technical and professional skills and will allow you to experience an agile working environment where you will be presented with real world challenges to solve.

After successfully completing your training, you will begin your 2-year career journey and will be placed with one of our global clients as an FDM Consultant – here you will be able to gain exceptional hands-on experience and add some leading brands to your CV.

Our goal is for happy and successful placements for both our consultants and clients. We will provide you with ongoing support and guidance throughout your whole career journey, from the day you become an FDM trainee until the end of your placement as a full-fledge consultant thriving on client site – we will be there for you every step of the way.

We recruit all year round and have start dates throughout the year, allowing you much more flexibility on when you can start your career.

Assessment Centre

This stage involves an FDM Introduction presentation, followed by three strength-based interviews. The interview will be a strength-based interview and will focus on your ability and potential rather than previous experience. This is also your chance to meet the other graduates you could be training with and find out more about the programme.
