Application Support Analyst

“In my current role as an Application Support Analyst at a global bank, I coordinate with teams to keep non-production environments running smoothly, manage weekly database refreshes, and write SQL scripts to fix errors. I’ve also set up new database environments and built a Java app that scans logs and sends automated alerts, making error detection much faster. This experience has given me real responsibility and helped me grow in my career.”

“I work in the trading division of a major energy company as part of the DevOps team, making sure critical platforms run smoothly. My day includes monitoring systems, fixing code bugs, building new features, and quickly resolving production issues. I’m especially proud of automating a manual reporting task for the risk team so it now runs with one click. I’ve also had the chance to help implement a new system from scratch, which taught me a lot about how projects are built. This role has given me hands-on experience, real responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact early in my tech career.”

Your future isn’t in a box.
So we won’t put you in one.
