What to expect

FDM and AWS re/Start collaboration
FDM has teamed up with AWS re/Start to offer you a full-time skills development program to launch your career working in Cloud Computing Engineering. Upon completion of the AWS Cloud and IT Fundamentals online training and the achievement of an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Certification, you will become a fully-fledged FDM Consultant.

Telephone Interview

Video Interview
We will conduct a video interview to get to know you better and ask you a few more questions to help evaluate your suitability for the program. You can complete this using a computer, tablet or mobile phone. Please see our blog for some tips.
Assessment Centre
This stage involves an FDM Introduction presentation, followed by three strength-based interviews. This is your chance to meet the other graduates you could be training with and find out more about the program. The interview will be a strength-based interview and will focus on your ability and potential rather than previous experience.
