What you’ll do as a Software Developer
Once on client site, you will help to create new and innovative digital experiences spanning a wide range of sectors. You will benefit from several weeks of intensive training to prepare you for your role on-site with our clients. We will conduct a video interview to get to know you better and ask you a few more questions to help evaluate your suitability for the program. You can complete this using a computer, tablet or mobile phone. Please see our blog for some tips.
This stage involves an FDM Introduction presentation, followed by three strength-based interviews. This is your chance to meet the other graduates you could be training with and find out more about the programme. The interview will be a strength-based interview and will focus on your ability and potential rather than previous experience.
