Why choose the FDM Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Graduate Programme?
Robotic Process Automation, or RPA, is changing the way we live and work. The term refers to the automation of rule-based and repetitive tasks and business processes, using AI and Machine Learning software. RPA has a vast impact on many industries, including data protection, crime prevention, finance and healthcare. In financial institutions, RPA completes administrative tasks such as credit card or mortgage applications or opening of bank accounts. Within the NHS, RPA has improved data handling, appointment scheduling and cancellation, resulting in big financial savings and freeing medical hours. This technology also helps conduct data migration and forms processing, it reduces human errors and allows employees to focus on providing better customer service.
The FDM Robotic Process Automation Graduate Programme will provide you with accredited Software Robotics training, as well as a 2-year placement alongside our prestigious clients. You will learn how to provide automation solutions that streamline processes, improve efficiencies and deliver a better customer experience. We will be there to help you every step of the way. Our comprehensive support network provides you with access to community groups, mentoring, wellbeing programmes and much more. Find out more about our support system.

During my placement I have been working on a project for Network Rail with another developer. I got to develop, liase with the SMEs, and see a robot in a live system.
