What to expect

The Business Analysis and Business Intelligence training is centred around handling data for business insight and is designed to mirror the real working environment. Throughout training, you will develop a mastery of skills to fully understand the landscape in databases and applications, from database interaction and modelling to data warehousing and visualisation. You will learn how to do this using the latest tools, including the most widely used, Microsoft BI suite.

You will also have the opportunity to develop an understanding of key business aspects of the discipline, relevant documentation and stakeholder communication. Likewise, you will learn about the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile working methodology which will help you to gain a wider perspective and context to the role. The training will equip you with everything you need to work towards taking the Microsoft MCSA certification and building a successful career.

This stage involves an FDM Introduction presentation, followed by three strength-based interviews. This is your chance to meet the other graduates you could be training with and find out more about the programme. The interview will be a strength-based interview and will focus on your ability and potential rather than previous experience.
