To welcome the Year of the Horse, we hosted an exclusive networking event in Hong Kong, with our CEO, Rod Flavell, and COO, Sheila Flavell CBE, flying in to join us. The evening took place at the beautiful Pier 7 Café & Bar in Central, bringing together Alumni, current Consultants, and leaders from across the tech industry.
Guests reconnected with the FDM community, met our global leadership team, heard updates and insights directly from the top, and celebrated the new year in a relaxed, high‑value networking setting.

A great evening reconnecting with our alumni community in Singapore.
We brought together more than 60 consultants, alumni, clients and university partners for meaningful conversations (and a bit of fun). The energy in the room said it all — people reconnecting, building new professional links, and sharing insights across industries and experiences. And yes, the magician was a hit.

True to Sydney style, our team took things outdoors. Alumni and consultants joined us for Burgers and Bowls, a laid‑back afternoon with our Consultant Experience and Sales teams. It was a great way to wrap up the year, show our appreciation, and enjoy a bit of friendly competition along the way.

We were delighted to host some of our incredible Returners at our London centre to celebrate their achievements and career milestones. Kate Hawthorn, Director Consultant Talent, UK & EMEA and Sarah Mavius, Head of Returners Programme spoke about the evolution of the programme and about our growing Alumni Network that provides exclusive professional development and networking opportunities for alumni.
I was fortunate to be invited to an FDM alumni leadership event. During the event, I learned from other alumni who came from different clients. The networking aspect of the event helped us settle in, making it a worthwhile experience to attend after work.
