What we do

FDM aims to create a long-term sustainable global business that has a beneficial impact on the communities in which we operate.

We believe that the long-term success of our business is supported by fostering a diverse, fair and inclusive culture in our workplace and by taking a collaborative approach with our key stakeholders: employees, clients, investors, suppliers and the communities in which we operate.

We joined the United Nations Global Compact (‘UN Global Compact’) in 2025 and are committed: to support the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact on human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption; and to engage in partnerships that advance the broader UN development goals.

FDM participates in the United Nations Global Compact, EcoVadis, CDP and is a constituent of FTSE4Good
