What you’ll do on the Business Graduate Program
Our comprehensive training will equip you with the skills and confidence you need to succeed in your new role as a Business Consultant, covering professional skills with technical and commercial modules.
After your foundational training, you can follow one of two distinct specialism routes. You will learn from industry experts and gain expertise across a broad range of business-critical areas.
On successful completion of training, you’ll become a fully-fledged FDM Business Consultant, and begin 2 years invaluable commercial experience, all backed by every-step-of-the-way support.

Currently, I’m working as a Business Analyst in Open Banking, which is a government requirement for major banks to facilitate data sharing between other banks and third parties, such as budgeting tools. What I learnt from this role was that as a BA, the most transferrable skills are good organization and communication. Technical knowledge is a great asset to have, but I believe the soft skills are what a BA needs first, to be able to effectively assist a team.
Data Migration Consultant
