Why choose the Technical Analysis Graduate Program?

Technical Analysis is extremely varied and provides the perfect opportunity for anyone who is keen to embrace the technical side of consultancy. It involves anything from investigating and developing solutions for applications, all the way through to setting up and maintaining virtual machines for automated processes.

The FDM Graduate Consultant Program will help you develop a successful career, with expert training and the potential to work on important assignments. You could have the opportunity to apply your skills to innovative projects and make a real impact in a variety of sectors. This could include Robotic Process Automation, Quality Assurance and IT Infrastructure Delivery for global businesses.

We support the wellbeing and professional development of our consultants throughout their FDM journey and offer a range of support programs and additional learning and networking opportunities.

What to expect

This program is designed to equip you with the relevant skills and knowledge to build a successful career as a Technical Analyst. You may cover different technologies, such as the most widely used Unix and Python, as well as agile working methodologies, including ITIL. Our agile framework training is beneficial for helping you adapt to any working environment and operate in cross-functional teams for large organisations.

You will have the opportunity to really delve deep into understanding the purpose of a piece of code and how to identify whether a fix is needed in order for the code to function as expected. Building on this foundational understanding, you will then gain the skills required to develop an application, such as an ecommerce website or trading app.

I decided to join FDM because they understood the difficulties graduates face when finishing their degree and trying to gain experience. Other reasons were because they were invested in helping girls learn tech and bridging the gap between genders.
