FDM Group publishes its annual Gender Pay Gap report
Supporting equality for successful business
We are currently in our sixth year of reporting the gender pay gap and each year we strive to achieve better diversity and representation within FDM to promote a more inclusive and equitable future.
Key trends
Our analysis shows that the mean gender pay gap has changed to -7.6% in 2023 from -4% in 2022 indicating that female employees at FDM earned more than their male counterparts this year.
Our median gender pay gap has stayed the same at -4.3%. This is in sharp contrast to the average UK organisations who reported their pay gaps, where the median pay gap is 14.3% in favour of males.
Throughout 2023, we have continued to promote equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace, with the aim of contributing to the success of our business and the achievements of our people. Our work around gender equality is taking place on a global scale, with 31% of all employees identifying as female.
Driving diversity forward. Forging long-term careers in tech
We have been ranked 34th within the top 75 UK organisations dedicated to social mobility, as judged by the Social Mobility Index for 2023. We have also been awarded the Flexi-job apprenticeship status by the Department for Education which will enable us to further develop the programme by partnering with key clients and expanding into new geographies.
