FDM and DfE set roadmap for future of apprenticeships

FDM Group and the Department for Education (DfE) hosted an industry event with over 30 Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agencies (FJAA). The roundtable event shared best practices on how to grow the number of Flexi-Job opportunities and facilitate placements across multiple employers.

FJAA’s including FDM Group, MDS, EN:Able Futures and TrAC also outlined delivery models for training and business placements to share success and best practices for flexi-apprenticeships across a variety of industries and roles. The event was attended by 48 senior figures in the apprenticeships and training sphere.
