As a Graduate Business Analyst Consultant, you will work with teams and departments across the business, gathering requirements and developing a deep understanding of an issue or opportunity.

As a Graduate Project Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role working with Project Managers to plan, direct and drive forward key projects. Your duties may include project planning, risk assessments, monitoring project schedules and more.

You will gain real-world professional experience with our industry leading clients and contribute to ground-breaking technical projects. This could be large-scale migrations to modernise payroll systems, as well as supporting the release of procurement systems for global banks.

What you’ll do on the Business Analysis and Project Management Graduate programme

The FDM Business Analysis and Project Management training programme is designed to give you a head start and equip you with the skills you need to succeed in your new role as a graduate business analyst or project support officer. You will learn from industry experts and gain expertise across a broad range of business-critical areas, as well as financial industry awareness. In addition, you will receive an introduction into key programmes, including Excel and SQL.

The programme covers various roles throughout the Software Development Life Cycle to help you better understand how they interact with your role and improve coordination within the internal team. You will also train in popular working methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile, which you will be likely to use on client placements. This ensures that you can adapt to any working environment and work efficiently within cross-functional teams.

After training, you will be ready to complete the widely recognised Prince 2 certification , which will make you a highly desirable candidate to any business.
