What you’ll do on the FDM Technical Business Analysis Graduate Programme
The FDM Technical Business Analysis training programme is designed to give you a foundational understanding of the technical detail within a project, including requirement gathering techniques and process mapping skills, as well as an awareness of customer needs and challenges. We will also provide you with project governance training to ensure you can delegate tasks and take responsibility within your team. These skills will prepare you for your client placement where you will be required to create various “artefacts”, from physical models to end-to-end solution designs.
Alongside this, you will receive an introduction to a variety of programming and scripting languages, including some of the most popular: Python, SQL and UNIX. At the end of the course, you will complete a final assessment in order to obtain the accredited ITIL 4 Foundation Certification, which will demonstrate your expertise to potential employers.

Video Interview

Assessment Centre
This stage involves an FDM Introduction presentation, followed by three strength-based interviews. The interview will be a strength-based interview and will focus on your ability and potential rather than previous experience. This is also your chance to meet the other graduates you could be training with and find out more about the programme.
