What you’ll be doing on the Technical Development Program

The FDM Technical Development Program begins with a comprehensive training period to equip you with the skills you need to work with our clients. During training, you will learn what it’s like to work in a development environment, using an agile methodology to collaborate with cross-functional teams. You don’t need to have a background in tech, we welcome candidates from all degree subjects do not require any prior experience. If you’re open to learning new skills and working in exciting new environments, then this could be the perfect role for you. You will also need to be:

  • Educated with a bachelor’s degree
  • An excellent communicator
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • Open to relocation should our clients require it in the future (limited cities/states)

This stage will comprise of a video interview and IT aptitude test. During the video interview, we will ask you a few questions to find out more about you and your career goals. Then, you will complete an IT aptitude test to assess your skill sets so we can make sure you are aligned to a role that matches your strengths.

At this stage, you will take part in two interviews. One will be conducted by one of our Account Managers and the other will be with one of our technical Trainers. They will focus on your ability to join the program rather than previous experience.
